ArboNed wants to surprise new customers this year with a personalized video in order to welcome them to ArboNed in a playful and modern way.

Solution

An email campaign with a personalized video that welcomes the recipient to ArboNed was sent. In the video it is laid out what ArboNed offers, how they take worries away from the customer by using a team of professionals and calamity services.

The personalized video includes a hybrid approach: combining a host that talks to the viewer in combination with an animated environment. The video shows a stylish but modern form in which we used ArboNed’s fresh and colourful colour palette with a business tone of voice. Of course, during the video there are elements which have been personalized.
