How can BeFrank both new and existing clients, who have never logged in, convince participants that they should use the web portal?

Solution

Go digital, stay human! We give the face of BeFrank, Wouter Braaf, an important role in the movie. Wouter acquires customers in a personalized video to log in to the portal. He does this directly by encouraging and triggering the people and give them a warm welcome.

By using a modular approach, the same message could be sent to both existing as new customers, but more relevant and with personal information. How? We created hyper-segmented videos by swapping scenes and inserting data in the video. In this way we create the most relevant scene for each individual recipient, based on their needs.
