The most important goal of using personalized video in CRM/email campaigns is to make the message as relevant as possible during the customer journey to boost engagement and conversion. Based on personal data received from CRM we used dynamic intro’s. By adjusting an call to action matched by the viewer’s situation in the dynamic outro, we were able to boost conversion.
