Case challenge

Every month, Driessen (secondment agency) welcomes ±700 new employees. How can we give new employees a warm welcome while explaining to them what it holds to work for Driessen. The objective is to create a sustainable connection between Driessen and its new employees.


New employees receive a personalized video that includes a clear message regarding the added value of working for Driessen. More importantly, this video connects to the company’s values: be personal and be proactive.

The following elements were personalized:

  • Name
  • Company
  • New job title
  • Place of residence (to show closest Driessen location)

A disparate version was made for men and women.
