Case challenge

Every year, Effectory presents a ‘best employer’ certificate. Firms receive a 1,2 or 3-star badge which is based on employee questionnaires. The challenge is to help employers gain more exposure by distributing the news towards stakeholders.

Solution

The HR-managers of winning companies receive a personalized teaser video (with their company name and logo) which incentivizes them, and their co-workers, to make their own personalized video and spread the good news.

The next step is for them to actually make the personalized video. In order to do so, the user provides some data that is used in the video, manually via a web form or via a LinkedIn-login. Once the video is ready, it can be watched on the landing page. The video can be shared via LinkedIn, Facebook or via URL.

The following elements are personalized:

  • Name
  • Gender
  • Place of residence
  • Job title
  • (LinkedIn-)profile picture
  • Company Name
  • Company Logo
  • Type of quality mark for Best Employer (1, 2 or 3 stars)
