Mijn Eneco Zakelijk’ offers many benefits with the aim to give customers an insight in their current energy consumption. How could Eneco use personalized video to show their digital environment in the best, inspirational way, with gaining customer activation as a main goal?

 

Solution

Examining Eneco’s customer journey, personal elements could be implemented for three different key-touch points. As well for the customer journey of existing customers as the journey for new customers, three similar key-touch points were established.

By using a modular approach, the same message could be sent to both existing as new customers, provided that it was targeted to the particular customer. This way, customers were more frequently triggered with relevant and personal information. Finally, three short introduction modules and one main module with a powerful core message were produced, and distributed through email.
