Case challenge

Priva is a producer of climate control equipment for crops. The challenge was to create new leads from existing customers by up-selling and/or cross-selling. Furthermore, customers should think of Priva when considering new (hard- and software) investments. Personal and relevant content was required in approaching customers.


A personalized video was created in which the added value of Priva and its products was explained. The information provision was personalized based on the following elements:

  • Name of recipient
  • Location of company
  • Language
  • Type of cultivators: to ensure that the message closely connects to existing challenges. The crop that’s shown in the video aligns with the crop of the targeted grower, whether it’s tomatoes, strawberries or orchids.
  • Type of product: cross-selling vs. up-selling
