Inclusive workplaces are created – they don’t simply materialize. And a welcoming company is sparked by a sense of wanting to belong, one that needs to be constantly nurtured.

At Storyteq, we foster this kind of belonging by celebrating our differences.

We believe in giving expression to our full-depth and potential as human beings – both in and outside of the office.

And as a result, we’ve created a welcoming space to embrace people of different backgrounds, genders, nationalities, etc, and celebrate different perspectives, ideas, and ways of being and working.

A workplace that empowers everyone

Research has shown that diverse teams develop more innovative ideas and when people from different backgrounds work together, their unique perspectives often lead to greater creativity.

This is why, on 23rd December, 2020, Storyteq has signed the Diversity Charter, a declaration of intent that our company is serious about committing to more diversity and inclusion.

“At Storyteq, we truly believe that problems are better solved when approached from different perspectives. The more diverse we are, the more perspectives we have. Diversity and inclusivity are not only important for society as a whole, they also help us move forward.”

Lennard Kooy, CEO at Storyteq

With this agreement, we are committing to decreasing gender inequality and promoting cultural diversity in our organization. This is crucial in making underrepresented groups feel fully valued and comfortable bringing their best selves to work.

Storyteq's Managing Director, Lennar Kooy, signing the Diversity Charter

We know that there’s still work to be done, but by signing the Diversity Charter agreement, we are reaffirming our promise to be and do better.

If this sounds like an environment you’d love to be part of and want to join our journey, we have some job openings available and are looking forward to meeting all of you!
