We won the CX and CRM Innovation Award!

With our innovative deployment of our personalized video platform, we won the ‘CX CRM Innovation Award 2017’. Rogier Ros, our sales manager, received this award during ‘Customer Experience & CRM in 1 day’. This biggest event in the Netherlands about customer experience took place on Thursday September 21, 2017 in Spant! in Bussum. The other nominees for the award were BrixCRM and Expectations.

This is the second year the ‘CX and CRM Innovation Award’ has been handed out. The award goes to the company that launched the most groundbreaking solution for improving customer experience. The technology or functionality should be innovative and practical and enable organizations to enhance customer experience throughout the customer journey.

Customer, media and technology behavior are rapidly developing. It is increasingly important that companies and institutions innovate in terms of customer interaction. Nowadays, no organization can still work customer-oriented without good and modern CX technology. Therefore the market is begging for good tools.

The innovations have been reviewed by the jury – consisting of Chairman Ment Kuiper (Director of CustomerTalk), Jacques Koster (Director of Opmaat Media) and Hans Molenaar (Director of Beeckestijn Business School) – on the following criteria: return on investment, innovation, creativity, implementation and feasibility. On the weighted average, our company scored the highest.

The jury unanimously believes that dynamic video will play an increasingly important role in the customer experience. Organizations are therefore challenged to find out how video marketing can be properly applied in the customer journey. Our technology offers a wide range of possibilities for this application.
The jury calls it “innovative, creative, provides clearly measurable results and is well realized. Therefore, Rogier Ros [StoryTEQ] was allowed to recieve the ‘CX and CRM Innovation Award 2017’ from Ment Kuiper.”
