Challenge
PureGym, one of Europe’s largest gym and fitness operators, delivers high-volume campaigns across multiple markets, languages, formats, and channels. Each campaign requires thousands of asset variations to support different offers, formats, and local market needs.
Previously, this process was entirely manual. Campaign production involved creating and adapting assets individually, leading to long production timelines and limiting how quickly campaigns could go live across markets.
The process was further complicated by reliance on external agencies — one for localization and another for translation — creating multiple handovers, delays, and inefficiencies. Even small updates, such as changes to legal copy or terms and conditions, required significant studio time to implement.
Maintaining a consistent brand across markets while managing this level of complexity became increasingly difficult. At the same time, campaign demands continued to grow, without additional budget or team expansion — leaving the studio stretched and under pressure to deliver more with the same resources. Repeatable campaign structures were converted into dynamic templates, allowing teams to easily adapt content for different markets, languages, formats, and offers — without rebuilding assets from scratch. Automated resizing, versioning, and localization removed manual production work and eliminated bottlenecks across the workflow.
This enabled PureGym to bring localization and adaptation in-house, reducing reliance on external agencies and simplifying production. Templates are created by the design team, adapted and versioned by local markets, and reviewed in one seamless platform — removing handovers and keeping everything in one place. At the same time, template controls ensure all assets remain fully aligned with brand guidelines across every market, while giving teams the flexibility to adapt content quickly and efficiently.
Instead of managing a fragmented, multi-step production process across multiple tools and teams, PureGym now operates within one centralized platform — a scalable content engine where creation, versioning, and reviewing happen seamlessly.
