Challenge
As one of the world’s largest marine-electronics companies, Navico was managing a vast portfolio of products across multiple brands and global markets. Their designers and marketers had to build advertising assets often adapted into multiple languages, formats, and specifications for different global markets. The process was cumbersome, involved many manual adaptations and multiple rounds of feedback, resulting in slow turnaround times and high cost per asset.
Solution
Navico implemented dynamic templates that allowed the business to link datasheets, pricing information and text fields to media assets. This meant that what once required manual editing could now be produced automatically in multiple languages and formats simply by changing the data source. The built-in review and approval flows streamlined sign-off, cut down back-and-forth between designers and local markets, and enabled assets to be adapted quickly.
